4. When completing the transaction you will have the possibility to request your Order Form which will be sent to your email address.
Within a period of up to 3 working days, the Order Confirmation will be sent to you, indicating the date of dispatch and expected delivery date at the address indicated by you.
During the purchase process and before payment, the User may modify the order details. At the same time, as a registered User, you will have a record of all orders placed in the “My Account” area.
For Professionals, the platform only serves as a means of communication, facilitating the placement of orders, ensuring compliance with all previously established rules regarding purchases, pricing policy, intermediary agents, returns and defective items.
In accordance with applicable standards – articles 10 to 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February – the user/buyer may withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order , only pre-ordered items will be refunded.

The costs of returning the product(s) are the responsibility of the Gamanatura brand, as long as DPD's return policies are complied with: delivery of purchased items to a DPD pick-up point, properly packaged and labeled with the return information provided in the shipping packaging, cash on delivery is not permitted as the refund of amounts paid will be made, as quickly as possible, using the same method used at the time of purchase and after compliance with the following conditions has been validated:
- The right to withdraw from the purchase and return applies exclusively to items that can be returned in the same conditions in which the user/customer received them, namely in the original packaging and with all documents.
- The returned item will be examined by the company, which will check its condition by emailing the respective report.
- No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening its packaging or if it has been damaged.
- Liability for damage suffered by items, as well as their loss during return, is covered by the carrier's insurance, for the value corresponding to the merchandise.
- Only returns of items purchased online will be accepted. Other GAMANATURA HOME items that have been purchased in commercial spaces other than the website www.gamanatura.com must comply with the return policies of the respective commercial spaces.

If the item does not correspond to what was requested or presents a defect(s), the User/Buyer must immediately contact the company, preferably via email to customer@gamanatura.com informing the non-compliance with the conditions of the contract and if possible, sending a photo(s) illustrating the defect(s).
The collection of the item(s) will be carried out by the company, which, upon receipt, will examine the item(s) and, if non-conformity is confirmed, will communicate, by email, its replacement within a period of time. reasonable.
The replacement of the item(s) returned under the terms of this article is subject to the availability of the item(s) and if replacement is not possible, the amount paid for the item(s) ) returned due to non-conformity, will be refunded to the customer in full, including delivery costs that may have been incurred for delivery.

Force Majeure will include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident beyond our control, including, among others, the following: general strike, or other forms of protest that significantly affects the country; disturbances of public order, riots, invasions, terrorist attack or threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war: fire, explosion, storm, floods, earthquakes, collapse, epidemic or any other type of natural disaster; inability to use trains, ships, planes, motorized transport or any other means of transport, public or private; impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
The company's obligations resulting from the Contracts will be considered suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure situation remains in force, granting an extension of the period for the fulfillment of these obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure situation.
We will use all reasonable means to bring the Force Majeure situation to an end or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure situation.
If one of the clauses of these conditions becomes null and void, due to a legislative, normative change or sentence, it shall be considered unwritten.
